ND AFL-CIO 2026 Convention Resolutions

The following resolutions were passed by the convention delegates at the 2026 North Dakota AFL-CIO Convention in Fargo, ND on June 25th and 26th:

• Resolution 1 - We Congratulate and Thank Fargo Mayor Josh Boschee

• Resolution 2 - We Support the North Dakota School Meals Ballot Measure

• Resolution 3 - We Support United Steelworker Local 560’s Fight to Keep Good Union Jobs in Gwinner, North Dakota

• Resolution 4 - We Oppose School Vouchers

• Resolution 5 - We Will Protect our Constitutional Rights

• Resolution 6 - We Support Union Member Candidates

• Resolution 7 - We Honor North Dakota’s Byron Knutson

• Resolution 8 - We Honor North Dakota State Representative Liz Conmy

• Resolution 9 - We Support Council FIRE in Solidarity with Native American, Native Indian, Alaskan Native and Native Hawaiian Workers

• Resolution 10 - We Stand in Solidarity with Target Field Stadium Workers

• Resolution 11 - We Stand in Solidarity with the Minnesota Labor Movement

• Resolution 12 - We Demand Lower Cost of Living and Higher Wages

• Resolution 13 - We Oppose U.S. Unilateral Coercive Measures Against Cuba and Support Normalizing Relations Based on Mutually Recognized Sovereignty and Respect
