It’s time to get it done for America’s workers.
The Protect America's Workforce Act, which reverses President Trump’s union-busting executive order has passed the House of Representatives. The bill now goes to the Senate, where it already has bipartisan support. Together, we can restore collective bargaining rights to 1 million federal workers.
The North Dakota AFL-CIO is a federation of North Dakota unions working to build power for all North Dakota workers.
